     Background and Experience :
 
2014 marks my 9th year in residential sales consulting where I continue to thrive in a shifting market.  I have sold over 200 homes in my career and my clients include local sellers, investors, and first-time homebuyers.  I am with the leading, learning-based company- Keller Williams Realty- and take pride in staying on top of the latest trends in all aspects of real estate (i.e. marketing, technology, REO/short sale/loss mitigation, lender guidelines).   Massachusetts has been my home my entire life and I currently hold a multi-family residence in the South Shore.

My one specialty is listening to my clients and looking out for their best interests.  I take time out to understand the needs and expectations of my clients. Since I consider myself a consultant, not an agent, I proudly take an “advocacy” role with clients that cannot be replaced or erased with time.
